Associate – Corporate position based in Delhi.

Experience: 2–3 years PQE

Key Responsibilities:
• General corporate advisory
• M&A and private equity transactions
• Commercial contracts
• Due diligence and transaction documentation
• Corporate structuring and regulatory advisory

What We're Looking For:
• 2–3 years of relevant corporate law experience from a reputed law firm.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
