Associate Partner / Principal Associate - Corporate | 6 - 9 Years PQE

A leading boutique law firm is looking to strengthen its Corporate Practice across its Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad offices.

We are looking to connect with lawyers who have 6–9 years of post-qualification experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory matters.

Key Requirements:
• 6–9 years' PQE in Corporate/M&A practice
• Strong experience in corporate transactions, commercial advisory, and general corporate work
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
• Prior experience with a reputed law firm is mandatory.
• Candidates ready to take on greater responsibility and work closely with partners.
