Job Title: Partner – Real Estate

Location: Delhi / Hyderabad 

Experience: 12+ Years PQE

A leading law firm is looking to hire a Partner for its Real Estate practice in Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Real Estate practice, advising developers, investors, funds, and corporate clients.
• Handle complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, joint developments, leasing, financing, and regulatory matters.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while driving business development initiatives.
• Mentor and develop the team, ensuring high-quality client service and execution.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of post-qualification experience in real estate law at a reputed law firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex real estate transactions and advisory work.
• Proven business development capabilities with an established client network and/or a portable practice.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and client relationship management skills.
